1. Pre-Orders
If you order and pay for Materials that we have not yet released, the following terms will apply:
- you may cancel the order by giving us notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the Materials are released by us and receive a full refund of the fees you paid for the Materials (without interest)
- we may cancel the order at any time by giving you a full refund the fees paid for the Materials (without interest) and will have no further obligation or liability for the order or the Materials; and
- an order may not be canceled after the Materials are released, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
